Keeps trying to charge meIt says my ordering has been turned off yet every month they try and charge my card different amounts. What do you have to do. This company used to be amazing, now has gone downhillI have asked for a light colour as my original colour is white. I kept getting a base of dark brown, whilst I was hoping to gradually go lighter and lighter. Phoned and talked to a colourist who promised to swap the base to a Light Brown and still got exactly the same colour that comes nearly black. Nicht zufriedenGut fand ich, dass der Kundenservice schnell reagiert hat und die Farbe angepasst wurde. Die Farbe ist jedoch nichts für meine Haare. Schon beim ersten Mal waren meine Haare danach trockener und irgendwie gummiartig. Das Ganze verschlimmerte sich dann beim zweiten Versuch. Wrong colour from what I asked forI asked for a specific hair colour (9.0 Light Blonde) but was given a hair colour that was much, much darker, and not at all what I had asked for. Dark Beige blond turned out to be BRIGHT ORANGE!The instructions were easy to follow, and the packaging was very nice. The end result was the worst home dye job I’ve ever had. I followed the instructions to the letter and my “dark beige blonde” turned out bright orange. Didnt cover graysI followed the instructions. But most of my grays didn't get coloured. And the Grays that did get coloured has more of a purple tint. Now my roots look light compared to the rest of my hair. I don't like the results. It is not worth the effort. Hair colorIs it possible for hair color to be affected by the heat in transit? I wasn’t able to apply the hair color until last week. I was out of town but had people picking up my mail.
