Not close to color I requestedI wrote to the colorist that I hated the color sent to me. It wasn't even close to the red shade I requested. Not the sameThis color was not the same I had before, it was more on the redish tone which I dislike very much. I always have been asking for tones that do not show any red in it and this color was just that. So disappointed! Followed instructions to the letter.My grey roots are still visible. This is first time since 2016 that my color kit failed me. And right before my first vacation post Covid. Nice to use. But colour and coverage terribleI have been colouring my hair at home for 30years, and used all kinds of different brands and colours. This was very nice to use. The instructions were easy to follow. But it failed dismally in it's main objective of actually colouring my hair! I could see straight away that the colour was too light for my roots, wouldn't colour my greys and I'd need to do it again within a week. It was a complete waste of time and very expensive compared to the dyes I'd previously bought from the chemist, which might not smell as good. But did colour great, and stay! I was going to cancel my subscription, but they have offered me a free colour set and adjusted my colour. So I am going to give it another go this weekend as the roots and greys need to be sorted even though I only coloured it 2 weeks ago!
