Did Not Cover GreyI love this color, but it doesn’t do a good job of covering my grey hair. I have used this color before and was told to leave it on longer. Okay coverage nice colourIt is good treatment but unfortunately it just isn’t covering all my greys only tried this three times the first box had two colours and so did the second but the last box only had one and I have a lot of hair and it is extremely thick but just didn’t cover all of it would have liked the colour to be brighter also. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Mildly disappointed in the colorThe process was great, instructions perfect. But the root color was supposed to be black with a golden undertone, and my roots stand out as if they were a lighter brown while my ends are Black As I’d hoped. I’m thinking I’m going to have to go get my roots fixed. Color broke in shippingColor broke open in shipping, leaked out, and damaged the contents of the box with my black hair color. I would like to receive a replacement of the color kit.
