Gorgeous colour. Doesn't last.The colour on the ends was beautiful. The root colour wasn't quite right. The major problem I had was it washed out after the 3rd wash even despite using the tint rinse stuff that I bought as an extra and followed all the instructions. The box dyes I've used in the past for much cheaper wash out at the same rate. I did't sign up for recurring orders but they put me on a plan.And the "contact us" link on the Support page doesn't work. Be careful--I ordered one set of color to try it out, and to my surprise, a second set was delivered a few weeks later. When I logged on to my account, I saw that I was signed up for a plan to have color delivered every 3 weeks. I didn't sign up for a plan. I followed the links to cancel the plan--which was tricky because I had to click on "cancel my plan" several times, and each time it would have been easy to accidentally click on "keep my plan". False lookingI expected a natural looking mahogany and ended up with a fake result that would suit a 15 year old girl. Not the rich autumn colour that this should have provided am very disappointed and embarrassed to go back to work.
