Left my Hair Damaged and Did Not Have the Gray Coverage I WantedI've colored my hair with other products, so I am not a newcomer to coloring. I hate leaving bad reviews and really wanted to like this product, but it left me with no choice. I followed the directions to the letter. Once I rinsed out the color, my hair felt coarse and wiry. After drying, it was uncombable until I put in a leave-in conditioning product. Additionally, I still had grays showing immediately after, so it didn't have the coverage I wanted. I really wanted to love thisI really wanted to love this at home system. Packaging is fancy. The colorist probably do know what they’re doing. But the lab and the product itself? My hair is a mess. It never covered my very little grays and whites and some parts of my virgin hair never grasped the color. My hair does feel soft. Would I keep my subscription? Probably not. Destroyed my hairI noticed my hair stopped Growing months ago, I am a content Creator so every day of my life is documented. I went back and found when my hair was at a healthy stage when I noticed it stopped Growing, from then until about a week ago you can see my hair continue to become more damaged, more dry and at the end absolutely DESTROYED. the color specialist should ask about the health of one hair every time they mix color.
