Every color seems to be wrongI don't know what's going on but I have never had these many problems with my color in the past. Last color was practically black and this color, they sent a color for the roots which is perfect and another color for the ends which is terrible. Too darkI had about 3in. of naturally dark brown hair at my roots and the rest of my hair was bleached blonde. I bought the darkest brown (intense pearl) and it was supposed to be a level 3 with like a violet tone to it and my hair looks very very black now with the slightest hint of violet to it, but it mostly just looks very black. Looks like a level 1 almost like a blue black which is not what I was wanting. They had me do a tint rinse of mahogany brown before I colored it. Which didn't seem to have much effect on me for the end result. I would have been happy if it was just a couple shades lighter. It's just too dark. Does not look like a level 3. I know level three is very dark anyway, but this looks like the darkest you can possibly go. It does not look like darkest brown. Greys back within 3 weeks :(The colour was good. Originally I thought it was a bit dark for me but I've got used to it and I really like the shade! However, I've never used a colour that shows grey hair 3 weeks after application. Normally I get 5 weeks at least from a hair dye. Great quality, less than desired resultThe color seems to be really good quality and everything felt safe and healthy for my hair. The final result of the hair dye just didn’t end up like the picture even though I followed directions exactly. It just didn’t change my color enough. Leider ungenügendHabe meine Haare gestern mit der Coloration gefärbt und ja ich kenne mich in daheim Haare färben aus. Leider ist der Oberkopf sprich Haaransatz viel zu hell geworden, die anderen Haare dann eben zu dunkel. Jetzt sieht es aus, als ob ich wochenlang nicht gefärbt hätte und der Haaransatz eben rausgewachsen wäre.
