Love the product!!!I really liked the color it was exactly what I wanted. I have received lots of compliments about it. I love that it comes to my house. Many times I just don't have the time to go to the stylist to get my hair done, neither to the groceries to get a hair coloring package. So it is awesome that it is delivered to me! Price is great comparing to a Salon. But a little more expensive than the supermarket ones, even though the quality is great and it is worth it. Instructions are very easy to follow. I love the professional tips that really makes the difference on the color. It provides two sets of gloves which is great. Also comes with a cream to protect your skin against unwanted stains, and a stain remover. The only thing that I would love to have in the package and it does not come with is a deep conditioner that lasts at least a week, the ones from the market always have one! It does provide a one time sample of shampoo and conditioner, but it's just for one use! Overall I love the product and the experience. Love the color!The color was perfect. My only complaint was that it didn't cover my gray well enough. But that could be because I went with semi permanent. Could not rinse outBeen using several months but I'm unable to rinse the waxy mess out of my hair and scalp even after 2 washings with my own shampoo. Followed the instructions exactly every time.
