It didn’t do anythingI’ve been dying my hair for years and now I’m leaving for Aruba tomorrow and my hair is still gray . I followed all the instructions and I’m so angry . I want my money back . Without the ends refresher my hair gets ruinedI would not use the Custom color set without the ends refresher, I did one time, and my hair got ruined for the summer and I had to chop it off because it became so dry and brittle. You must add the ends refresher kit because it’s a completely different formula developed to moisturize your mid length to your ends and give it a lighter color than your roots to make it more natural looking. Didn't cover my greysI only dye my hair to cover my grey roots and this didn't manage to do that despite following the instructions to the letter.
