Better experience the first timeI first tried esalon when covid first started and salons were closed. I really loved the color that was created for me. It covered my grays well. When salons reopened I stopped ordering my color but recently decided to order esalon again as I loved the original color I received. This time since time had passed from my initial esalon order I had to go through the process of answering questions and submitting a picture of my hair again. I had hoped I would be able to get my original color but understood why I had to go through their process again. Unfortunately this time around the color wasn’t what I had hoped and didn’t cover the redness from the color I had from the salon. I provided a rating of 3 as it did cover my grays but I was hoping to achieve my natural hair color which is a medium to dark ash brown. DisappointedI have really tried to like esalon. I have asked a few times for less red, orange highlights and it has never been quite right. Not as I expectedAs a chef / cook, I can follow instructions and measurements pretty well, following the dye instructions was a piece of cake 🎂, and yet, not all my greys were covered especially in areas that were pretty saturated with the dye, I am however willing to give it another try.. hopefully a better outcome. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

the hair color is not coloring my greyI was wondering if your product has been reformulated because it is not covering my grey hair. I know grey coverage is difficult but the side of my head after coloring is looking like no coloring has been done. I have already told the customer service dept. about this problem and they said they gave me 20Vol but it still is not working!
