Lives up to the hype!This has been easy, tried and true from month to month. I asked for highlights to be added as we approach summer and a kit was mailed. I loved it! Complete Newbie -- Messy but got it done!I ordered color and the stylist took an educated guess to adjust it for me. I have never self colored in almost 19 years of dying my hair (always going darker). The color was great.
