Store brand colorThis was a color that I could get at Any retail store. I was hoping for a prettier custom color that wasn't a just out of a box shade. This was very disappointing. Excellent ProductThis hair product is so much better than what you purchase in the store, and much better for your hair. You also have your very own personal hair colorist that will either mix the hair coloring to your preference, or if you like, she will come up with one for you. Either way it is your choice. This is so nice to have and I love it, I feel like I'm at the salon and I'm dealing with someone right there. Beautiful ProductI am very happy that I found this product. I had used L'Oreal for many years and was never really satisfied with the results. I was always adjusting it. Custom color is a higher quality product. It requires nothing between touch-ups. The color lasts much longer and does not fade. Customer service is great.
