Refunding your moneyI will never do business with this company again. I urge all of you to reconsider in ordering. I was charged over $33 for a delivery that I was told I could send back via my mailman, and since our mailman has been with us for years when I handed him to package to be returned to the sender he took care of it as he always has. I have called the company twice trying to get my refund I have canceled my account of course and they're telling me they have not received the product back yet, this is been over one month ago. So evidently with this company the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. So I'm out the money and for some reason I happen to send back online shopping a different product with another company and lo and behold they received it within 5 days. Decent Product Wrong ColorIt is better than drugstore colors and it comes with a good amount of product. I have a lot of hair and was able to cover it all. Didn’t Perform WellI am not happy with my coloring kit. I used it and the color in the bottle wasn’t the color I ended up with. There wasn’t any Red/Copper once I finished, not even the many grays I have. It looked like I just dyed it a medium dark brown. My daughter went to the store and got a coloring kit and her results turned out really great and she ended up with the reddish copper color I was hoping my eSalon kit would provide for me. Not what I expectedBased on the answers that I provided and what I wanted, I did not get what I wanted. The color was so much darker than what I wanted and in my opinion did not compliment my skin tone at all. It actually played down my skin tone. I have had way better results from box color bought from a drugstore. The instructions were confusing and the only reason for the 2 stars that I rated were for the smell.
