DO NOT PURCHASEThe product is not good itself, but my bigger issue is with customer service. After being told my membership was cancelled, on the phone with the company, I was charged and sent a box. They refused to give me a return label and told me just to return to sender and mark it undeliverable. After several attempts it was just redelivered. They still refused to provide a shipping label, even the postal workers told me this company was trying to scam me out of a return. After not getting the box back, I still haven’t received a refund.
