If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Poor Grey CoverageI’ve been emailing company for help with adjustment to my hair color because formula is just not covering greys. This last shipment was the worst. Gray rootsWell i really excited about this color hoping it was cover my roots where i would not have to go darker. I liked how it didn't leave a tint around my edges and was too dark on my hair as using a darker brown color from my salon. Would love to try again but the color takes also too long to be delivered.
