Great product, non existent customer careEverything is great until there is any issue you would need customer care team for. My order went missing and I already tried to contact them since last week and not even one reply. Poor resultsAfter completing the custom colour questionnaire, I didn't receive my custom colour hair pack; I got a set colour pack instead. Quite disappointed with the end results. Even though I followed the instructions, the colour didn't set as hoped. The roots ended up too red, the greys weren't covered, and the colour overall was not uniform. Great idea of luxury hair colouringUnfortunately it's not the right colour for me but hair left very soft and didn't smell full of chemicals, doesn't come with with deep conditioner so used a 3 min aussie conditioner.
