Coloring was fine. Color was wrong.The product applied fine and was easy to use, but the final color was too dark. My natural color is a very light Swedish blonde, but even after my communication with the colorist indicating I wanted to go lighter, my final color was darker than what I had. Made my hair very stickyI really love the color of my hair but I have never had a hair color make my hair feel sticky. I don't know what to do to make it feel soft. DisappointedIt had a very harsh smell while mixing the stuff together, while trying to wash it out in the shower it was very stiff and very hard to wash out my hair is still hard and stiff and I had to use my fingernails to scrape up the stuff off my scalp I'm very unsatisfied. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Perfect Shade of Red!!! Best Experience EVER!!!Absolutely spectacular color! I recently moved to Canada--1800 miles away from my salon stylist--and have been vainly trying to find a really good colorist, one that is expert with reds, but after three failed attempts I had given up. My grays were really starting to show, the red was a bit dull in the rest of my hair, so I was at def-con DESPERATE! And then along came an add for hair color... Customized to what I wanted ("Yeah, right...")... I was quite skeptical so I looked them up on YouTube (BTW, some older videos showed a short cape coming with the color, I don't think that is available anymore, I just wore an old t-shirt), FaceBook, Googled them, etc., and found some wonderful reviews! But then I thought, "I can't do that, I don't know anything about coloring my hair and HOW will I match the red color I want???" That was disheartening for me... Salons cost $150-$225 for a great colorist, this would be under $40... If only... So I did, I ordered and waited, it came 5 days (Canada, remember...) later and I took the plunge... TA DA!!!!! I have the most perfect shade of red I have ever seen! The colorist listened to all my notes, the directions for the color application were very straight forward, everything I needed was there (I ordered the coloring kit with the bowl and brush) and I was done in less than an hour (and I have long hair)! I am going to remain a loyal customer of eSalon for many years to come! Perfect color; such an easy experienceI've been using eSalon exclusively for over two years and still love it. My first custom color sent to me wasn't right for me -- but it was based on what I had said I wanted. The second time I told them what was wrong (it was too ashy-light) and they adjusted my color profile immediately. So exciting to get the second color; it was perfect and remains the color I've used ever since. The grays are covered, my hair looks great. I confess I don't follow the directions any more; I don't even remember what they are - although they come packed in the lovely little box each time... I shampoo the dye out using a very natural gentle cleaner and I never have trouble removing the product or feeling anything other than super soft hair. The website is user friendly and I really feel listened to; so easy to change the delivery schedule; so many check-in emails from eSalon to communicate with me.
