NIGHTMAREI do not even know in where to start ,but i regret ordering,My package came in the mail, I was impressed with the presentation as well as the personal touches with name and all ,was so excited to try it had my best friend apply and followed rules to the T. To remove SHOULD OF BEEN MY FIRST sign that something was not right, i had to use dish soap out of desperation to remove product out of my head and thank God for Dawn.That night i went to bed and within 24 hours I was in the Hospital with two shut eyes a head full of sores and a rash from head to shoulders my head felt like it was on fire ,I had an Allergic reaction to the hair dye ,now I am sitting at home with the next 3 days out of work and sent home from Hospital with 4 different medications , this whole process has been a nightmare I am 42 years old i have been dying my hair ever since I was 18 years old and never have i had any bad experience with Salon or at home hair dyes. I regret it with everything that i ever ordered because now my chances of breaking out every time i dye my hair now it's mostly likely to happen again as the Doctor explained. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT IS VERY STRONG AND CAN TRIGGER ALLERGIC REACTION ... Wrong colorI really wanted this to work. The packaging was nice, the product was easy to mix and apply. Unfortunately, it was great on the roots but it got on the end of my hair which is now a light gray color. It was supposed to be a blonde. :( I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done.
