This is NOT your Mom's box of color!I truly dislike sitting in a salon. I know! Everyone else loves it, I do not. Maybe because there are so many stylists in my family and as a kid they constantly wanted to cut my long hair?! So I have been coloring my very salt and pepper hair at home for a long time. Sometimes I'm able to get it from a supply store but usually I just buy it at the drug store. I stopped coloring my hair in October because I wanted to see how much gray I actually have... too many! I ordered eSalon and it arrived within a few days. I put it aside for a couple of days knowing how much I dislike the whole process! What a lovely surprise for me to how pleasant this can really be! Everything you need comes in the box and is set up and ready for you to mix. The color is terrific, I am very pleased with it and I feel great with all of that gray gone! The coverage is wonderful... Not as expected, quick fadeI wanted to match my highlighted ends to my naturally darker roots. My color ended up with an auburn hue, which I did not want or like. The color began fading within the first week. I loved the packaging, instructions, and helpful personnel. Not what I expectedAfter getting my color I followed the instructions word for word and step by step. The color I wound up never showed because it was the same color as my natural hair color. Color reviewThe hair color I ordered didn't color my resistant grays very well and it didn't leave my hair feeling soft and looking shiny. The top faded after only a week or so. Doesn't cover my grayI have tried this is 3 times and although the second coloe was better it does not cover the gray so I have to use a touch up. So thanks for the free one but I don't think it works on me. Please drop my order from here on in.
