Great Idea but not for meThe color came out exactly as I wanted but it left my hair so rough and damaged that I have been unable to tame it even though it's been 2 weeks since I did the color. Plus I think the coloring process is too complicated compared to my regular store bought brand. Customer service and stylist are extremely courteous and convenient. Great Gray Coverage But.....I love how well it covered my gray. I love how soft my hair is after coloring. Hair colorIm very upset, that I trusted your site! your company says that they are professional hair colorists.. I highly doubt that! I have bought hair color better than your product at the store..
