Better than I expectedI would highly recommend that the final step that tells you to take the left over color, gloves,shampoo, and conditioner into the shower be revised. First, put the gloves on BEFORE getting in and second, the fumes are overwhelming and that step should be removed. I can't imagine people with respiratory issues applying that in the shower. Great productSo I wanted something that would colour my greys as the over counter products in the shops just wasn’t doing that. So I picked what I wanted, sent a photo and the colour got sent. Unfortunately the colour for the ends went all over the box. So I sent a picture of it and resent me another one. Customer service was great. Color soonerI think i was too’ scared’ so i only used hsf the color provided and took it off 5-7 minutes too early. Just the right ColorI am very pleased with the overall color. I'm not sure that it will be ok for the next time. But we'll see. I do think this feels very harsh and my hair has taken a lot of time to feel a little recovery from the damage. I wish I could find a rinse that added a little color and then I would enjoy tinted gray hair.
