Great color!I love the color and the consistency. I have one complaint. I do not like the new container with the color - the mouth is too wide making it nearly impossible to pour into the squeeze bottle without making a mess. Changed color slightlyWhen I requested a slight change in the color, I was looking for warm auburn, but the dye indicated mahogany and copper. I was a little concerned about that. Great color, bad directionsSince I have colored my hair before, the directions said to apply color to my roots only and add color to the rest in the shower for 2-3 minutes. This resulted in my roots being a different color from my ends. I contacted customer service and they sent me a complimentary shipment. Great color/washes out fastI love the color it matches my hair color perfectly,but doesn’t last. After one wash I can already see my roots. And I used your shampoo and conditioner.
