Looks as good as the $100+ color I got at the salonGreat customer service, great color. It has lasted really well, and never got brassy or faded looking. Have to say I feel like your new graphic designer has led you astray-- too many fonts, too many colors, layout is boring, there's nothing eyecatching. I thought I had been misdirected to a cheap generic knockoff of esalon on at first. I liked the wit of the old names. Your old look was much fresher and more hip. neutralizedi think you have auccessfully neutralized the red undertones in my hair so that i can one day get a true “darkest brown” — i do not want black though, or blue-black, but definitely darkest brown. now that it is neutralized, perhaps this batch won’t need the neutralizer, just in case it over-neutralizes to like green or something : ) 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Color match is perfect!When I received my first kit, the color was great, but I wanted it a little darker. Anyone who colors their hair knows it's always risky to go "darker!" I emailed the consultant and explained exactly what I was looking for, and the next kit was a PERFECT match! It could not have been better and the ease and convenience of it coming right to my door each month is spectacular. No more having to make an appointment - which I always did once I was way overdue (and then had to wait at least another week)! Professional results at home. Could not be happierHoly crow the dying process was intense - the product is obviously nicer than a box dye, just from the consistency alone - and I am finally close to a colour I actually want!! The team went above and beyond, making sure from my picture that I was getting the colour I wanted - I was genuinely ready to be okay with being underwhelmed but it looks frackin amazing.
