Perfect Color from the bat!!So far color has been made perfect for my hair. It really helps the more information you share and clear pictures of your hair in direct sunlight and in shadows too. FabulousDidn't expect to much from this product! as i have stuborn grey roots!!! and i always struggle with colouring my hair at home. "miss patches" WoW is what i said,,, omg super job! love my hair again! very easy instructions and a super great idea, getting in the shower, with diluted left over colour, this idea made sure i got a fantastic covering. would certainly recommend. Great Product!I must say...I was very skeptical when I ordered my first coloring kit. It turned out to be the best product I've ever used. This is not just hair color; it's professional "hair color"! Better than any color I've had!!I have very long med-dark brown hair that has gotten quite a lot of grey. But, it's not pretty silver all over grey, it's clumps in the strangest of places! People keep telling me I have paint in my hair!! I tried eSalon, took me a while to get around to it, it shipped very fast. When I finally took the plunge, OMG, I love it. I texted to my girlfriends the before and the after and they all loved it!! My mousy hair is back to a beautiful auburn brown, and the greys turned a lovely golden and auburn. It makes my hair look so natural. I was told by the dentist that I was having a fantastic hair day! Didn't think it was a dye job! I sent a comment about lightening the brown up a bit, and turning up the red, just a hair (ha ha ha). I can't wait to try the new formula, in 2 parts, one for regrowth and one for rest to keep it from fading (as all other dye jobs have in the past, until I'm blond by the end of the summer!) QUALITY HAIR SALON PRODUCTSince I started working for a natural based hair care company and using their products my hair got so much fuller, healthier and is growing crazy! With that my roots and gray strands are showing faster too - unfortunately! I was looking to find an alternative to costly hair dresser appointments (although I love their work!) and found an article on Facebook, raving about this company that offers custom hair color in salon quality for a fraction of the price. I never colored my hair myself, but the $12 first-time offer was quite compelling to give it a try. So I went forward, ordered my custom color set with the request to get as close to my natural hair color and the wish to cover the gray strands. It took few weeks till my color kit arrived here in rural Manitoba, Canada. It was beautiful put together, the instructions well made and easy to follow. I also watched few how-to-do videos on Esalon's website just to make sure I got everything right. With hubby's help I applied the color, waited 30 min,. showered and blow dried my hair - quite nervously though. But when I looked in the mirror I was blown away! It turned out amazing! The color, maybe a tad darker than expected but still very nice, was perfect! It covered my gray/roots so nicely and I'm more than pleased with the result! Orange and yellow brassThe bass color I was given turned my hair brassy orange and yellow. Very disappointed. The packaging and instructions were great. Very easy to understand. The Developer was not sealed correctly and leaked all over my box w/accessoriesThis is my first box of the new design/product and the developer was not sealed properly. The seal while intact, the screw top was not and leaked all over my stuff. The box was a soggy mess and developer was everywhere. Not to mention I lost half of my developer. I normally rave about you guys but so far with the new product/design, very unhappy. And I requested twice before that my color be changed and I was sent the wrong color. You used to have great customer service and call anytime I had a color change (which has been maybe 3 times in 4 years) I've sent 2 messages and heard nothing.
