Product Great/Packaging Not So GreatI absolutely love your product. I will not purchase off the shelf hair color any longer. I noticed the new packaging. It is nice and I appreciate that is uses less resources. I do want to point out that the bottle that the developer came in leaked during shipment. It also leaked when I was mixing the product in the bottle and leaked when I was squeezing it onto my hair line. I got it my face. I don't know if I just got a bad bottle but I wanted to point it out in case there is a quality issue with the bottle. Love it!I really like how personalized the ESalon product is. It is easy to use and everything is provided for you. I also love my custom color. Just upload your picture and answer a few questions and you’re good to go. They will also check back with you to see if you like your custom color and will make changes for you if needed. Best color treatment for home use.I had been going to a salon for color but due to a medical issue, I had to stop. I was then out of work for seven months and just didn't have the funds to treat myself for salon visits that are quit expensive. I found your service on facebook and I'm in love with it!
