New packagingThe new packaging of the shampoo and conditioner is worse than the old packaging. It does not tear open at all with wet hands. I had to exit the shower to find scissors and get my floor wet in order to open both packages. The old ones were hard enough to get open but these are mucc worse. Waxy mess!This was my second time using this product. The first time I had no issues but the color did not color my gray areas enough so I decided on giving it a second shot when my next shipment came in. Following directions step by step, I noticed that when I went to rinse my hair, it felt like a clump of wax! I had to wash my hair 4 times to finally get my hair back to normal.
