Couldn’t be easier.Going from bleach-blonde back to my natural shade (dark brown) took a few tries, but they nailed it. My hair is now not only the perfect shade, but also healthy and shiny, showing no signs of damage caused by the bleach. Easy. Fast. Only half right.I was excited about trying this out. While I LOVE the personalized experience, my color was not what I asked for. I do understand that the color I requested is a bit more difficult. I wish I had been informed on any issues with achieving it. I asked for a purple / black color (which I've achieved elsewhere), but my haircolor is simply black. Since I loved everything else so much, I'm going to try one more time. I'll lighten the color to see if that helps.
