Better than I thought.When choosing the colour I wanted from the pallet, I had my reservations. This was down to the colour my monitor was displaying and sometimes the real life version in front of the eyes can be quite different. But this colour was exactly as I imagined. The instructions were extremely user friendly and the top expert tips really help set the colour off great! The one drawback for me I found was my hair took a good few days to get back to its glossy look as the dye seemed a bit harsh to the hair. Great color, but limited staying powerI just started with eSalon. I love the hair color. The instructions are great, and hints on the web site are very helpful. The only issue... this color is very diminished after a few hair washes. It is great the first day, but fades rapidly. I wash my hair about twice a week, not daily, so the fading is unexpected. Couldn't be happierOmg first of all i went from purple to this dark brown no green at all i love this hair color it does NOT FADE!!!! I have never had color not fade!!! Its awesome!! My hair was VERY SHINY and in fact 6 weeks later and STILL SHINY!!! I am so happy superior grey coverage!!! I love it!! To me its just the right price yes box stuff is cheaper and salon is more pampering but this is like salon quality at home!!! And i feel better knowing if i screw up they are there to back me i tell them what i want and they mix it up amazing!! Like magic by mail no guessing!!! OMG!! Got my second box for roots and touch up i had adjusted my color they did EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED!!👍👍👍👍 so happy!!! Bold rich color shine and they even read my complaint about how runny it was before and they FIXED IT!!!!
