Long lastingThis haircolor seems to last longer than any I’ve used. It does not have a strong smell. My only complaint is it colors my scalp for several days. ObsessedI love this hair color so much! I’ve been dying my hair on and off for years and have never been happier than with esalon, it took a few tries to find the right shade but with my third order I got the light set with my base color and it’s the most amazing thing! I’ve never been to a real salon to have my hair colored before so I have nothing to compare it to but WOW. Root Lift HairsprayThe root lift is a little too stiff. I didn’t realize it was a hairspray. So between using that and additional all over hairspray (I never use a lot of hairspray, I like a soft hold) if I needed to restyle it was somewhat difficult to comb or pic through my hair. PackagingI want to start by saying, I love your product. It's customized, changeable, convenient and easy to use. My only concern is the packaging. I try very hard to recycle as much as possible. I was sad to see that you felt your instructions needed a plastic folder and the two color bottles are nestled in a plastic form that is not recyclable. Thank you for listening.
