Perfect Color the 1st Time!First of all your turnaround time is amazing...got my shipping notification the day after ordering and got my order the very next day! I must say I was a bit nervous about trying a "custom" color done online but I had nothing to worry about...it was easy to apply and the color is spot on what I hoped it would be...absolutely gorgeous...I can't thank you enough. My only criticism is with the tiny packets of shampoo and conditioner...not nearly enough for shoulder length hair...thankfully I had my own color-safe brand on hand so it wasn't a huge problem. I love the custom color so much I'm going to sign up for the automatic shipping. One of these days I just may be brave enough to try the highlight kit as well. Asked for less red tones.My color came out WAY TOO DARK. I almost look like my hair is black.! That's a loong way from light brown(ash). Now I remember why I didn't reorder back in 2016 Awful, just awful! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Wrong colorI ordered this and was so excited about the possibilities of having a beautiful hair color like the salon should do without having to go into a salon but it didn't work that way. The color was all wrong, and it was much darker on my roots than the rest of my hair. I gave a 2 rating because although the color was wrong they were very prompt with my order and it came with all the instructions i needed to do it myself 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Take the chance!I was very skeptical about this product and ordering online, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did! The color they sent covered my grey perfectly and matched my natural hair color. You would never know I had dyed my hair. Also, this product leaves your hair soft and shiny unlike most store bought hair dyes. My hair truly felt as though I walked out of the salon.
