Not what I asked forI was lead to believe this was a service that understood the subtleties of your hair colouring requirements I have just used my first delivery of hair colour and am very disappointed I asked for a mid brown non red colour . I sent photos and a detailed description of what I wanted which was an in between 4and 5with no red and now have a very dark reddish brown !!! How come ?.... Wow!Love love love the results! Better than salon results! My hair is super long and gray roots we’re getting out of hand. ESalon covered all the gray and blended perfectly with the test of my hair. I’m so thrilled about that! Unfortunately I missed the roots at the back crown, but it’s underneath and not noticeable... so I’ll get help from a friend next time 😀 Color is so vibrant it’s crazy! Not dull at all. I also purchased the tint rinse and use it every week. Keeps my hair looking great! Love it!! I am complimented on my hair almost every time I’m out. I NEVER heard that when it professionally done!!! I will never buy a store box color again or spend $150 or more to have it colored professionally. Perfect colour, thanks Freddie!This was my 2nd order. I loved the product the first time I used it and the colour was great, although I wanted it slightly more red and slightly less dark. I have naturally very dark hair with quite a bit of grey, and my aim was to avoid block colour by toning the greys. Freddie, my colourist, got it exactly right and I couldn't be happier with this colour. It has a lovely red glint in the light, and the black is now dark brown, which softens my skintone as I am in my 50s. Amazing resultsI bought this product because I was so tired of buying drug store brands. I was a little skeptical but because of the price is what motivated me to get it. With the drug store brands thier mixes weren’t strong enough and those colors work on like really blonde hair, if at that. I tried one of loreals, nice and easy u name it and for some reason iwhatever i tried it wasn’t holding on to the color so when I brought this I followed the instructions as is and when I saw the results I was so happy it looks natural and it feels good. Converted sceptic!The colour is stunning. I was very nervous. At one point I thought, I should rather not do this. Hand on heart this is the colour I've asked for with various salon visits, this is the first time I've achieved it. No excuses, no tears and no damage.
