Products are greatMy issue is with the shipping. It took 9 days to get to me and I had a wedding on the 10th day - so I spent 2 hours of the day before the wedding which was at my home, coloring my hair. I don't understand why it took so long. Third time failThe first 2 times I used this I was REALLY happy. Best Home colour ever. However on the third go the colour has not come out even like before. As with the other applications I used exactly as directed. AmazingThis is my first time with real in. Received a cute box with my name on it containing everything you need. Read the instructions which have a little sticker that I stuck to the mirror. My hair came out fabulously 😁 natural tones came through even my husband said it's better than previous colours. Just sent a message for a slight tweak on the colour so looking forward to my second attempt. Very happy with service, colour pack and colour outcome. So in love with eSalonGlad i came back and mad i left. Financial problems took me away but still waited way too long to return. Love eSalons new look. Was nice before as i recall. Love itPackinging was pretty, instructions very thorough. Took me a few days to work up the courage to color. When it was first done, it looked black with purple hues instead of golden which was my color ordered; darkest golden.
