eSalon really listens!I have bought from eSalon before and although I thought I would like the color that I choose, I didn't. So I wrote to the company to let them know and also how I thought they should readjust my color. It turned out great! Custom ColorSpot on! So excited about eSalon. My hair color is beautiful and even men have commented on it. They specifically said, “I like your hair. It’s beautiful.” I’ve never had that type of compliment before. Thank you eSalon. It was also very easy to use and covered my gray hair perfectly. only root coloring at a lower pricethe product covers gray hair well and the time needed is good, however it is expensive and there is too much product for one coloring. I would like about half as much at half the cost, I don't need the paper hangup each time, but I do like the color remover and the vaseline like material to prevent stains on skin. do you have anything like this. Please DO NOT send me anymore hair colorsI didn't care for this product at all. Tried twice and each time color turned my hair orange. Not only that, but I explained to the person mixing colour for me that my hair pulls oranges, yet they still give me colors that turn my hair orange. Was hesitant to order color by mail.I absolutely love my color. Pleasantly surprised at the outcome of my lovely hair. The products were laid out in the box so as a three year old could do their hair if they could read. The whole process was so simple and user friendly. There was even a sticker to attach the directions to the mirror while doing your hair. Very clever. I will continue using this product because I love the ease of the product and most of all I love how it makes my hair look and feel. I've had so many compliments on my hair and I love the attention my hair has been getting after only using the product one time. People really do notice nice hair. Beautiful colourI was quite concerned when, after placing an order, I realized the colour kit was coming from America but I need not have worried.
