Awesome!I had never colored my hair at home before and was pretty hesitant to do so but this product and process was great! I love the color of my hair, it matches better than what I had done at the salon and at such a better price! And it covers my grays excellently! Very hard to wash out of my hairI love my colour and have been a customer for many years, but I have to agree, I have to wash my hair several times to get the colour out, after the first wash it's all stuck together, perfectly described by another lady like "glue". It takes a few washes over the next week to get it back to normal. I persevere as I love the colour but do hope you can look at this or the instructions for taking off the colour. Matty hairAfter using your hair color kit only once I was not happy. My hair matted like it had peanutbutter in it. Then until all color product was 6 weeks old it has finally quit matting when I wash my hair. And color did NOT last two weeks on my hair. Grey was all over even in long strands. Awful smellThis is the third time I ordered and the last. The smell was awful stung my eyes, scalp was burning and very unpleasant. Contacted them to get a refund and no response. Just a sorry it happened and next time to be in a well ventilated area. No really, this isn’t my first rodeo esalon I know that.
