Good coverageGood coverage - plenty of colour (considering ny husband put it on for me and he did a good job). I can still see a shine of red in the light however I think I need a 2nd layer of colour as my original colour was quite bright (red). Best Color Product I’ve Ever TriedI’ve used many home color brands and professional color at home. This kit is by far the best I’ve ever used. Staff is professional and knowledgeable and the idea that this comes so custom is fantastic! My stylist worked with me via emails and communicated back and forth until we picked a color I’d be most happy with. Not Even Close - HATE IT!I was looking for a reddish brown color and my color turned out a very dark brown (almost black) which looks awful on me. No red in this AT ALL - not even in the sun. I went through the questionnaire process and chose the color I wanted and even included pictures. I would have achieved better results (and I have) had I purchased a color off the shelf at the grocery store. I have colored my hair many times myself in the past and had no problem achieving the color I wanted. Now I used a colorist and she has never had an issue getting me to the color I wanted. Not copper blonde- green toned light brownI had medium blonde hair with a subtle blonde baylage, and natural strawberry undertones. I wanted a dark blonde copper for fall. The color did not come out as expected, it is more of a beige light brown with green undertones (and almost no copper.) the color application was pretty even, but was also very damaging- I took 10 minutes to apply and left it on the recommended 15 minutes. I’m surprised at the unusual amount of damage for only a demi permanent.
