Custom color setThe first time I ordered & I used the hair dye, it was way too dark! Not only did they credit me at E salon, they read my complaints, redid my color & it was spot on!!! Love this color, so many compliments, thank you so much for listening & caring! Would recommend E salon hair color mix to anyone! First purchaseLike everyone else I went to a salon to have my hair done, when I seen your ad I wanted to save money and time. Turned to weird thick gooI tried esalon for the first time. The smell was really, really strong. Other than that, things seemed to go okay. I mixed in a plastic bowl, applied with my brush, and waited my 30 minutes. When I tried to rinse it out, I thought it was working. Then, I took the gloves off and could feel that the back of my hair felt really weird. The dye had stuck to my scalp and formed a weird goo. I had to take my fingernails and rake it off. I had to take the shampoo and scrub my head and wash my hair twice to get it out. My hair then felt very stiff, but after I put the conditioner in, it smoothed out. The color turned out fine, but I was so weirded out by the experience, I don"t know if I'd do it again. Great colour, just what I wantedI couldn’t be happier with my custom made colour, it’s beautiful. The package contains absolutely everything I need. The gloves are soft and fit really well, not the usual huge hard crinkly ones. Having the second pair for rinsing is a fantastic idea. Great conditioner made my hair soft and shiny. A truly wonderful experience in a box and at a fraction of the cost I once paid. I have signed up to have a monthly delivery. good resultsI love the kit itself. The protecting cream and the stain remover wipe worked great. I really like the results of my color. It covered the gray well and the color is exactly what I asked for. I will continue to use E Salon. Thanks I wanted to add that my beautician said I had good coverage and was surprised.
