No other place to communicate - Not sure I want to reorder until we communicateI liked the original color better - when the adjustment was made for a "little less red" it ended up way too dark and I do not like it at all - The original just looks too red and tinny in the sun. suggestions? Highly recommendFirst purchase my color was a touch brassy, so I wrote and sent a picture. My second shipment my colorist adjusted my formula.....AWESOME!!! It’s exactly what I wanted!!! My husband even told me to stay with this color as it was perfect......he has NEVER said that any other time in the past 10 years that I’ve been coloring my hair!
