Honestly.... Amazed!!!I am very picky about the shade of red that my hair is. I've paid multiple stylist a LOT of money and they never got it quite right (I'm naturally a dark blonde). Esalon nailed it right out of the gate and for a fraction of what I was paying. My hair color is gorgeous, multi dimensional and shimmering. Love love love!This is the best at home hair color product I’ve tried. It was easy to do and had clear instructions to follow. My hair color looks natural and grays are covered. ColorIt's a wonderful product. I have stubborn grays and it covers them masterfully. It doesn't leave my hair brittle or noticeably damaged.The only problem I have with the product is when it's time to rinse I have clumps of color that does not come out easily. Wasnt the color I desiredI submitted the picture for the color I desired however it didnt turn out anywhere close and I followed the directions to a T.
