ridiculousI tried this system. Canceled it after the first delivery. Got a 2nd one. Called in and canceled, and was just charged for my 3rd one. Cannot remove my card information! sludgey crisco-like substance left on my scalpI've ordered a color set twice now, and this was basically strike 3 for me. Each time this happened before I blamed myself, assuming I hadn't followed directions or something. But I followed them to the letter this time and I had the same issue I've had both times I dyed my hair using the same product previously. Somehow, I've washed my hair 3x and I can still run my fingers through it and come up with white chunks of something sticky in my fingernails. I even mentioned that I had this issue before ordering the dye and the stylist acknowledged that it had been reported by other customers and because of this esalon was going to change the formula. I assumed it had already been changed, but apparently not. It's such a shame, the color is really perfect and I absolutely love the tint rinse but it's not worth dealing with the after effects of using this dye. It takes weeks to get whatever this is out of my hair and ultimately I end up fading the color trying to do so. "Love The Color"I wasn't able to use my first shipment of color because I had just colored my hair with a color I was no longer happy with, so I needed to let it take its course and fade away. Today 12/11 I was finally thought I could go ahead and use the color sent to me. I did and the custom color was spot on. I love the color. It's not too dark, it's more the golden brown I have been wanting. Thanks for getting it right. I have received a second shipment which I am probably not going to use for another six to eight weeks so I think I will skip a shipment and receive shipment in March instead.
