FadedThis is my third time using this product, however will be my last. The color faded within the first week every time even though I followed the directions to a T. Cool Dark BlondeI always colored my hair brown and it would always fade quickly because I spend a lot of time outside. The Dark Blonde is more like my natural color and I have gotten many compliments on this color choice. My products comes on schedule. Good color but not exactly what I wanted it.The color I got it was a good color. It was pretty easy to follow the instructions and for the whole application. My big problem was that I want a color to cover my white hair and this one didn’t do the job. I had White hair in different parts of my head not in my whole head but the ones I have are very visible and that’s why I tried this to cover those. There are still some white hair all over. I don’t think this color is strong enough to cover it in total. And I followed the instructions perfectly. Even in parts that I know I did it very good, I see white hair. I just wish I can have something strong enough to cover all. But I still recommend esalon products. Everything was so easy to do and follow. I had never color my hair by myself and I did it very good thanks to them. Cool beige blonde...NOT!!!!!!I was nervous about ordering my color on line and even more nervous to try it when it got here. Finally did last night and couldn't be more disappointed.
