I gave it a four...I love the color but I have been going grey since I was 20 years old and this time it just didn't give me the coverage that it usually does. I Thought It Would Be LighterI am happy with how even and natural the color came out. The only downside is that it isn't any lighter than before, and I thought it would be at least a little lighter, since I chose from the light golden brown / copper family. I would love to go much lighter next time, if it's possible. The best hair color I have ever had!My hair color turned out perfect and I got exactly what I had envisioned.
