didnt like so fari've been trying to wash out it already 2 days, may be the reason is the harsh water or the product doesnt suit my hair, not sure but will try again and shade...dont like it, too warm, its not ash. GRAY HAIRI sent 3 emails about my problem. No one answered. I guess you will probably not answer this. The gray on the top hair and the sides are not taking. I had to change the date a week earlier because you can see all the gray grow out. Also changed color. Don't know what to do anymore.
