SIMPLY AMAZING!!!I am so happy with how my color looks!!! I love how the product smells really nice and not harsh. I loved how the product ships right to my door. No searching the stores to try to find the right shade and then apply it and poof it looks like CRAP!! Happier than I can express!I never, in a million years, thought I would have the PERFECT 1-of-a-kind hair color. I no longer have to “settle” on the limited, blah colors offered in a store or by a beautician. My color matches my skin tone and my age. I am 54 years old, with a lot of gray in my hair. When I was younger, I used to be repulsed by women, who colored their hair, with such extreme colors that they looked fake. I remember having pity on them, thinking “They think this is better than just letting their hair go grey...NOT!” And of course, I was scared I would wind up looking the same way, at that age. However, thanks to eSalon, I can wear hair colors that are perfect for me at any age! I won’t have to be limited in my color choices. I can create the color that is right just for me. Sad.... Roots and Ends Mismatch***** I have to edit my first review to give a review on the replacement product from eSalon as they do not have that as an option. My second review isn't any better than my first review. It took eSalon 2 weeks to respond to me and the only reason why they fixed it was because I finally picked up the phone and called them. But I got a new kit. Hooray. Only my replacement kit did not have everything I needed to color my hair. It was missing the applicator. Really you guys? This is the best you could do with a replacement kit? In the second kit the hair color itself is not even half as pretty as the first one. My 2nd hair color is very flat, is not multi-tonal and there's No Dimension to it. At All. The double process has left my hair dry dry dry. I'm sad and disappointed. I just wanted pretty hair and I really wanted to love to love to love it. My experience with eSalon has not been the best. At all. The ball is in your court eSalon. I am giving you a chance to make this right for me. I need you to be proactive and fix this please. Who knows maybe third time really will be a charm ?? I am leaving this in your hands and it is up to you to keep me as a customer and make this right***** I was so excited to finally try this product. The color came out wonderful. On my roots that is. However the bottom portion of my hair, from about four inches from my roots down my hair is a completely different color. My ends and my roots are mismatched. Ugh. My gray is covered wonderfully, however I'm not happy because my hair is two different colors. At least at the salon I wouldn't have to deal with this I would have paid more but I would have had my gray coverage and my roots would have matched my ends for much longer than the eSalon product. I reached out to eat salon the day after I colored my hair. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from them. I wish they would keep their word about 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Didn't cover grayIt's a demi-permanent color, which I've used in the past at the salon, but it didn't cover the gray at all. I liked the color, but not the coverage. The permanent was very damaging to my hair, so I had switched to this one. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

The developer opened in the box! Please helpHi, I finally got around to coloring my hair today and when I opened the box, I could tell it was wet inside. I noticed that the developer bottle top had not been screwed completely shut and had opened during shipment. I have no developer! Can you please send me another bottle? What Happened???Online approach and maneuvering was easy, although I was a little puzzled during the questionnaire when I was asked my root color to my ends because once I answered my choices for color diminished extremely. That being said, received my color very quickly, which was great, applied according to the instructions enclosed, however, the end result is awful. The color has far too much copper therefore my roots are really light and almost orange in color then the ends turned out dull with a very slight copper undertone. My color WAS "red velvet" so im super bummed that I've turned into a dull carrot. Plus, now IDK what to do because im not sure that if I try to fix it I may overprocess my hair instead.
