Terrible, horrible results.If I could give you zero or negative stars I would. I ordered a strawberry blonde with lots of red. When I used what you sent me I got brown hair and most of it fried- I have to get most of my hair cut off after using this product. Love itI’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I love how it is shipped with meticulous attention to packaging-each product wrapped and/or bagged for an impressive appearance when opening every item. Personalized directions are a real treat. Perfect every timeI'm still so happy with my color and I just called customer service to reschedule my next order and it was unbelievably easy! Also, easily added color for my ends. Sheesh. I usually HATE calling to do things like this but they made me feel like I can call all the people and resolve all the things! Beautiful color - Simple applicationI am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before. Great value for moneyI love that product arrives when I want it in the post. The package/ instructions are great. The color is great but makes me look pale.. this is more my problem than the product.
