Bright ginger !!My hair has come out bright ginger!! Not the colour I wanted and completely different to the same shade in semi permanent. I dyed it and it looks exactly the same as before I dyed it!I wanted a copper red color, but got a mousy brown with a reddish hue. Not trilled with this at all, my color does not look any thing like the color I choose. It also took 40 minutes as compared to my regular dye that only takes 25 minutes. I would have looked past this if I didn't wait my time dying my hair the identical color it was before. I like the color, but...I like the color, but found the customer service to be lacking. When I went to my history it would let me reorder my last order, but I could I not find a way for it to tell me which color I had previously ordered. Exactly as picturedI'm always skeptical about dying my hair with red tones in it because it usually ends up looking fake or not at all like I intended it to look. My custom color was perfect for my hair! It looked exactly as I intended it to look, and I could not be happier with how my color came out! it was really easy to do and the directions and videos were super helpful with coloring my hair even though I colored my hair before.
