Customer Service is most unpleasantProduct was supposed to be here according to tracking four days ago. They know that it isn't here and told me to wait 3to5 more days to order another one. Or have another shipped to me and IF the original order gets here, I can send the other back. At my own expense,no doubt. Thanks, but no thanks. process vs outcomewhen I look at the results and how this color actually works with my gray roots as they grow in, I'm stunned. But the process of trying to get the product out of my hair and off my scalp is long and frustrating and I always find spots where the product is still glued to my hair later. Not the color I wanted, but delighted by the serviceMy hair is not the shade I wanted, but the dye job doesn't look unintentional. It looks good, it just isn't what I wanted. That's worth taking off one star, but I wouldn't give it under 3 stars if you paid me. Scented skin protectant and TWO (2) PAIRS OF GLOVES, alone with a stain remover wipe (which I always forget to buy). And although I had doubts about the shampoo/conditioner because of how thin the formula is, I got compliments about how soft my hair was from my boyfriend that night! My best hair color yet!This is my first test of the new color mixed just for me and I love it. I've been using eSalon for a year or more, and it has always been great. Just love it!I absolutely love the simplicity and the convenience that eSalon has given me with my hair color! I used to do the standard box stuff, but my hair would always end up dry and brittle, so I had to stop. One day I saw an ad come across my FaceBook screen and I decided to take the jump. I was tired of my dark blond hair and the gray hairs everywhere! So I ordered a nice natural light blonde. About a week later, it arrived and I was ready to give it a try... I was happy with how my hair looked. It was nicely brightened to a blond that I loved and the texture of my hair felt amazing!!! My only problem, was I felt it was a tad to brassy in the red tones for me...so on my next order, I advised the colorists of my issue and they rectified it without issue. From my second use and continuing on to now and in the future....I am thrilled with my hair color!!! No more brassiness, now it is my perfect shade of blonde that I love. It covers my gray hair wonderfully, but most of all, my hair never feels dry or brittle...it is always soft and shines. Will continue to use this product!I was apprehensive at first as I've had some bad experiences in the past coloring my hair at home. The box sat unopened for two weeks.
