Love the color butMy hair has been dyed red for years. Havent seen my natural hair color in over a decade except what shows at the roots. This came close to my natural haircolor except the red is still coming through the medium brown. A little disappointed that I still see red in my hair. But I guess it will take a few times before it finally disappears. Love how it doesnt fry my already thin and frizzy hair. Ordered Brown but got purpleAs the title says really, first response from them was they were 'sorry that my colour had not turned out as expected'... well yes eSalon, purple isn't a variant shade to BROWN!! Glue like pudding gell consistency, could not get out of my hair!Talk about permanent color! Total panic! This my third kit and something awful has happened! It took me an entire bottle of shampoo(no joke) and half a bottle of apple cider vinegar to get the color to rinse out of my roots. The color became like a thick paste gel and literally would not rinse off in the shower. This has never happened to me before with e salon, or any other color in my life for that matter.
