Not the colour they said.I sent a picture of my present colour which had root growth, that i had tried to do, this had a very warm tone. I spoke a couple of times saying that i definitely wanted no warmth to the colourist, so i was advised that a light brown with ash tones would be the best, i was only going to do the root growth although this was now a good 6 inches, but the rest of the length was fine. I paid for fast delivery but it still took about 9 days to arrive. I followed the instructions and was left with a very strong warm colour more then before. I washed it a few times and even put a blue shampoo on which didnt make any differance. I have now had to put a colour stripper on and have a fair ginger colour on my growth. Okay, not great.Did my application last night. The color came out close to the strawberry blonde I wanted. It's not shiny, kind of dingy looking. The dye was very strong smelling, burned my eyes and completely dried out my hair. The two bottles wasn't enough for all my hair, so I missed a few spots. They always adjust the color the way I want itThis is soooo much better than drugstore hair color or even color from Sally Beauty. It's always the same color every time, not the case when I was mixing my own. I can ask for color changes and they are always spot on. My hair is shiny and healthy. And this product is cruelty free.
