Worst experience in 25 years of coloringI have a pixie cut. Very easy to color. I mixed color and developer, as per instructions. Within 10mins it turned into a watery, dripping mess. I couldn't act quick enough to prevent my bathroom carpets getting ruined. Didn't realize it had ran down my arms, I have MS, and it got on my walls. Nothing will take it off. Now I have to paint. I want my money back now. Including the shipping cost.I just finished coloring my hair with the esalon color sent to me to go from dark blinde to light blonde. Sludge my hairI dont know what happen or what went wrong, but this set made sludge on my scalp and I ended up calling for help as I was balling my eyes out. I struggled to remove it from my hair. I ended up having to use baby shampoo to get it out. And on top of it, it never looked any different. Over the moonI was very impressed with this! I love how personal the kit was and the instructions were thorough and easy to follow.
