The color was too light and too warm.My specific request was for dark brunette and I left a note for ash metallic. The color was much lighter than my current color with golden tones and following the directions my roots and around my face are lighter than the length of my hair. Great ColorI came across eSalon via Facebook and I never really wanted to color my hair... But then I fell in love with the copper hair color and I just wanted to try it. So I ordered the dark blonde copper golden color. It was very nice. It looked really natural and I received a lot of compliments for it. I decided that I could get more into the copper so I asked if they could adjust my next order and make it a bit more intensive copperish. Said and done. They worked very quickly and with my next order I received my new costum color. I LOVE IT. It is soooo beautiful. And it ist pretty easy to apply too. I could do it all by myself. It took me a lot longer than it should have but it worked out anyway. The shampoo and conditioner are so great. They make the hair so soft and shiny but it doesn't look heavy and doesn't get greasy fast. It is very light and my curls are beautiful! So thumbs up!!
