Can't Live Without This Now!I've coloured my hair for a long time - a very long time - and been round and round trying to find the perfect colour: mixing different boxes of colour, adding this and taking away that - in other words, experimenting on my hair! Didn't always get the results I was looking for and yes, I've turned my hair orange! Thank heavens I found esalon an decided to give it a try. The colour is always wonderful and love that I can change the shading - or even the entire colour - if I want. And they do it right, no more experimenting for me! I also love their other products. Still in the process of finding the combo to make my hair perfect again, but whatever I try always makes some kind of improvement. Last - I love that I can ask a question and there's always a real, living, breathing person giving the answer. And they REALLY seem to care! Like they want my hair to get where I want it nearly as much as I do. No tricks to keep me buying more products, either! I trust them and that means a lot. Residue left in hair.The reason I didn't give the product 5 stars is because the 2 times I have used it the color it has left a filmy white residue in my hair. The first time I used the color I had to wash my hair 6 times to eliminate the residue and 2 of those times I washed it with dish detergent because it felt very greasy. First use of eSalonI quite liked the colour achieved but I didn’t really feel that it was that much different from previous products that I’d used to be honest. I can’t really afford to keep colouring my hair this way. Not lastingLoved the color, but it didn’t last on the few greys. Not any longer than any of the other OTC colors. I don’t have many greys, but nothing seems to stick after the first wash or two.
