Great color and coverageMy daughter helped me apply the coloring, as thus was my first time. However, the process was easy and I have no qualms about coloring my hair myself from now on. Perfection!The last 17 times I’ve colored my hair have been with my eSalon custom color. It wasn’t the color I expected BUTThe customer service was wonderful. I must have clicked a wrong button somewhere (remind self to order from my tablet not my tiny phone screen!) and I ended up with a root touch up that didn’t really change my hair color much.
